The Servicemembers Operations Center (SOC) is the single point of contact for service members requesting Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) Program Benefits and/or protections. Recognizing the important contributions that men and women in the Armed Forces make to our society, PNC adheres to the service member eligibility standards and benefits described in the SCRA and similar state laws.

We are committed to providing service members who may be eligible for SCRA and SCRA-like benefits and protections with a simple and user friendly process for inquiring about or requesting SCRA benefits. Contact the SOC at 1-844-PNC-SCRA (1-844-762-7272).

Checking & Savings

PNC offers several checking and savings product options.  If you select to open a Virtual Wallet® with Performance Spend or a Performance Checking account, you can avoid the $15.00 monthly service charge by establishing a minimum direct deposit of $1,000 per statement cycle[2].  

You can earn a higher relationship rate[3] on an eligible savings account or on the Growth account of Virtual Wallet with Performance Spend if you make at least 5 qualifying purchases with your PNC Bank Visa® Debit Card or linked PNC Credit Card or if you set up a qualifying monthly direct deposit.[3] You can also earn a higher relationship rate on a Premiere Money Market linked to a Performance Checking account and meet monthly balance requirements.[3]
